The Studio Manager provides high-end service to all clients while ensuring the studio is in client ready condition at all times.




  • Interacting with clients in a professional manner
  • Opening and prepping the studio(s) as needed before client arrival
  • Working with Equipment Manager to pull lighting and grip equipment and organizing in the proper studio
  • Working with clients to ensure all equipment and studio needs are met
  • Communicating customer requests and/or order changes to the Equipment Manager
  • Update orders in inventory system
  • Facility maintenance/cleaning & ensuring the studio is an attractive, comfortable, well-functioning, high-quality facility at all times
  • Efficiently executing all other duties as assigned by Studio Director
  • Maintaining clean work areas as well as helping with any general in-house




  • Knowledge of film production
  • A Driver’s License
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Detailed, organized and able to multitask
  • Professional demeanor and appearance at all times
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm, pleasant attitude  
  • Work with discretion and able to protect client privacy
  • Can work early/late hours and/or on weekends as needed
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on the level of importance
  • Ability to follow procedures but also think outside the box in order to problem solve
  • Physical condition necessary for equipment warehouse operations
  • Attention to detail / Self-Starter / A team player
